Standard Inspection

1.The motor of the cutting machine must be checked regulary. If there is any abnormality, stop using it immediately.

2.The model of grinding wheel must match the cutting machine.

3.It is strictly prohibited to use cracked or other bad grinding wheel.

4.The cutting machine must be equipped with a protective cover which made of steel plate, to ensure block the debris when the ginding wheel is broken.

5.When uesd, spark should be downward, easures should be done to prevent injury to other staff when horizontal cutting.
